How hard is it to read the order and not put onions or pickles on my food? At least the past three times I've come here I've made sure I've ordered my food without both and each time I have been amazed at the ability of humans to not read directions. Im getting very tired of having to either go hungry or come back on my limited lunch time to get it remade.

I had a conversation with the store manager Cheyenne, and voiced my complaint about the customer service of their workers. Instead of owning up and taking accountability for their mistake, they tried to justify it. That’s a problem. A moral and ethical one. I will leave out the final details of the matter of my experience with this McDonald’s store, but there is a serious problem with customer service. In any case, Cheyenne resolved the issue by giving me a complete refund. That much I am thankful.
McCrispy was asked to only have cheese and mayo. Was given ketchup and mayonnaise even with the tag and receipt saying it was just supposed to have mayonnaise and cheese.
