This McDonald’s needs a revamp. Fast food? No, you’ll have to pull ahead and wait for it, even if you’re the only one in the drive thru EVERY SINGLE TIME. This McDonald’s location seems to fail in every aspect you could imagine. From food quality, to cooking/waiting times, to simply knowing your customers. Tried going today to this location for the first time in a good while, somehow the service got even slower than the last time. We stopped for Iced Tea and they were having trouble with their machine. We waited, pulled forward, and waited some more. A very nice employee came and apologized for the wait, offered us something else to drink or a refund. We chose the refund, she brought the refund and two pies for the inconvenience. We tried to pay her for the pies, but she insisted they were free for our trouble. She was so nice and polite. We just wanted to say thank you for your kindness!!!
The woman at the window was so kind, but the teenager at the window that didn’t say a word and has no sense of manners was very rude. Order got messed up twice. No smiles. Everyone seemed miserable.
