This is the first negative review of a restaurant in my life. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt multiple times thinking I just was unlucky. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location the fries are horrible. It doesn't matter if I go during rush or during slow hours. They are soggy cold, dark in color and extremely disappointing every time. Its very obvious the fries are cooked and left in the fry staging for too long. Over the past 30 years this place has been up & down, yet I've been going to this one since I was a kid. I personally have not had many problems with this place, but I can see other people have. The service became bad enough my parents have chosen to go to a different location the past few years. Yet, I still find it good. Granted I've only been here sparingly the past 20 years.
