Floors slippery, no lids, bunch of kids running the place. Employee yelling for customers to “just cry about it” when they have an issue, food was wrong, fries cold.
Oh my goodness!!!!! 1 hour and 22 minutes from Mobile order placed to pick up. Absolutely no excuse other tha. they are frying fries one at a time. Totally ridiculous!
As much as my family loves McDonald’s, this location needs to shut down. They are not capable of running a restaurant, and the rest of the reviews show it. It takes 20-40 mins to receive COLD food here. If they can’t do any better than that, they should shut the doors. I’ll be driving to Mobile for fresh and hot food served in a timely manner. It will take just as long but at least my food will be hot and fresh.
I keep wondering why we come here, except for the fact that it's still cheaper than most places to eat. And it shows!! Every time we eat at this establishment is worse than the previous visit. We waited 40 minutes for the meal we ordered. Pulled in to stall number 4 and had to ask the server where the food was that our child had done fell asleep waiting.
