Was having problems with the mobile app gps was sending me to a different location yet NOT 1 employee could help me with this problem! Just keep telling me wrong address, no shit! Then told me there was other Williamsburg lmao! Customer service is a joke ended up LOSING buddy because we didn’t order our $90 order then! Will go else where for business.
recurrently - i try to get food here on break as i work in the vicinity - i’ve worked fast food so i know they probably have a timer that shows how long each car has been there - which would tell them which order is to be taken next or cameras something of some sort. despite saying something twice, two cars that were behind me and had arrived after me got to order first - killing 13 minutes of my lunch break. super super frustrating, i like mcdonald’s and there’s not many other options. kinda crappy.
Can't speak to the food but walked up at 10 after 10:00 and apparently only the drive-thru is open after that so it would be nice if those hours are published online too.
