This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, while others who arrived after us were being served. When we politely asked about our order, we were told it had likely been taken by someone else — despite the fact that we had been listening carefully and never heard our number called. At this point is is comical. If you order more than 2 things, make sure you go and count to see if you have the correct amount of items. Hilarious. I don't think kids in this town can count.

Just got the most burnt burger on top of not getting my extra cheese I ordered and paid for I've ever had at McDonald's today really kinda ruined it. First no Carmel frappe then sit in drive thru being the only car in line for over 15 minutes just to get my burger burnt? Probably not going to be going here again

The system was down so my mobile order couldn’t process but the younger guy there that works on the weekends helped get me my order. Very sweet guy and good worker!
