When I come to support a business I expect my food to be fresh and hot. If you wouldn’t eat something cold why give it to a customer. I worked at a fast food restaurant and after a certain time you have to throw the food away not reheat it and serve it because you’re too lazy to make a new batch because it’s a rush.
Jazlene was so helpful and went above and beyond all with a smile. We had been to many McDonald's that week and her kindness really stood out from the rest!

Super busy tonight with the football game but I got hot food and fast service
The owner continues to raise the price of the drinks and no longer fills the sodas to the top of the cups. Looks like I’ll be traveling to the Lake Villa McDonald’s! Apparently, the owner can set their own prices on drinks.
