Because I work in the neighborhood, I frequent this McDonald’s often. The last 10 times that I’ve ordered food in the drive-through, the order has been wrong. At this point, I’m just pissed off because I don’t have time to go back and change my order. I’m paying for food that I’m not receiving, it’s happened so many times it’s laughable. Usually good but sometimes especially on weekends or late night the quality goes down. Dry burger party and fries. Otherwise very busy and popular place
Long day after work just to go to the drive through at McDonalds and have my entire order messed up, 5 times I have gone to this drive through 2 times have I gotten what I ordered
I come here pretty regularly, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made.
