I’ve been to this McDonald’s in McLean two days in a row, and both times the experience was terrible. The biggest issue is the customer service—specifically the manager, Jose. I asked for a water cup and was given a tiny ice cup instead, which made no sense. When I questioned it, he responded with a smart attitude.
