I swear every single time I give this place another chance I immediately regret it. It takes FOREVER to get your food even if you PRE-order. What a joke! Management needs to revamp this place so badly.
I smoked a deer tonight off of Route 61 heading home. I was close enough to DeWitt and got off the interstate and was able to hobble my car to the nearest business, being this McDonalds. Immediately, manager Falcon (his real and ridiculously rad name) came out to make sure I was ok. He stayed with me until a police officer came, and periodically came out as I was waiting for a toe truck. He even offered to let me keep the car in their parking lot over night if it was going to save me money. He didn’t have to do any of these ... read more
Everytime I go here I have an issue with my order. Its always the same thing as I either get the wrong food or worse yet shorted food. The same story everytime I call and talk to a manager. We will send you coupons or make it right next time. Well next time never comes. I never receive any coupons you promise to mail or they never seem to have my name on a list.
