I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived, and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the drive-thru line after I gave my mobile order number. The person taking the orders through the drive-thru was extremely rude. Apparently my food was done well before it got to me in the drive-thru, because by the time they gave it to me, it fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich was cold as well.
