Great service almost always dont get an attitude when they make a mistake and you bring back your food I think that is the lames worst customer service to have an attitude with the customer because they made a mistake so kudos for not being like the rest of the Industry and keep it up we love what ur doing at this location u definitely stand out above ALOT of the other locations.
placed a mobile order and came to pick it up, no problems there. then upon getting my order I noticed they forgot one of my drinks. I obviously said something and they acted almost as if i was lying. They said they did t see it on my order and asked to see the receipt on my bag, however, they didn’t even give me a receipt on there either. I pulled up the mobile app 3 different times to show my order again and the drink was on there each time. Food always fresh and hot the evening cook Derrick makes my food really good fries were hot. Just need less salt but other wise that the best McDonald's
