They left the paper from underneath the patty on and cooked it and gave it to me in my burger
It's not just this one but more often than not with this location something isn't right and by the time i realize I'm already gone because my order took long enough that I now have to run back to work. It's always something missing usually only when i order on the app but the receipt is right. Not to mention the menu isn't full. Can't have anything in Pulgas.
If you're complaining about service, eat at the chowhall.
3rd time in a row this location is not open in time and so my mobile order was not ready in a reasonable amount of time.
