Terrible service and food
This store has the most disgusting customer service I've ever received. The food quality is horrible. I've always received my food cold and in poor condition. I have only been there twice, and service seems to only get worse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
Use touch screen for your order. They bring it to you. Wife wanted orange drink but not on menu. No drink machine for customers.
I just went through the drive through and the order was taken wrong…. Not a big deal… I got to the window and told them it was rang up wrong and asked to pay the difference or give me the correct item and the guy that took the payment came up to the window and started yelling at me and shoving a receipt in my face…. It wasn’t even that big of a deal…. I drove back around and talked to the manager who was nice, but I hope he actually takes care of it. The guy didn’t have a name tag and they wouldn’t give me a name for the rev... read more
