Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes to order, a man in front of me left because Noone came to greet us. Decided to place the order on the kiosk. Finally got our order 20 minutes After we ordered. The quarter pounder was supposed to have no mustard or ketchup. Instead, it had no bun, no pickles, but had ketchup and mustard on it. Waited ten more minutes for a remake and they put the mustard and ketchup on it AGAIN. SMH.

I can't honestly give a good review. We placed an order thru McDonald's app and it was delivered by Door Dash...Our drinks were missing (2- LG Mocha Frappes). We called McDonald's to find out where our drinks were and the woman said " those items are not available on the app" 🤔Okay, ***** why did the app allow me to order it and pay for it,? The app sure did have an option AVAILABLE for me to select the item and it also, simply excepted and charged my credit card for those 2 specific items, which I was able to select size, ... read more
