As a frequent customer, I can not express frustration with the drive through. 9 out of 10 times something is not ready. They park me at the curb side pickup where i wait for food. What’s the point of the drive though then. This happens even when the store is not busy as well
Every single time we drive thru we have to pull forward and wait for our food and the fries are always soggy and cold. Every single time.
