I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s. I use the mobile app to order ahead, but every time I arrive, my order is never ready, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Today, the manager, Uriel, seemed more focused on taking new orders than prioritizing the orders that had already been placed, resulting in an even longer wait. Found plastic in a meal on March 6th.
