Recently the store has got new staff or something and it has gone downhill its almost like its turning into Tim Hortons and Im seeing people waiting 5+ mins for a single coffee. It used to be such a pleasant place with a welcoming staff to greet you. Now I'd prefer to walk through the drive thru to be honest. I dont know what has happened as of lately but I wish the regular staff would return to the front end and things would just go back to normal around here.
