3 out of 4 kiosks are broken. The drive thru is around the block because the employees don't show up to work until after 8am when everyone else is already at work. You either get ice cold burritos or they're so far gone that the tortilla sticks to the paper and it falls apart when you try to take it out. Not to mention nobody smiles

Went through the drive thru. They asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no and no one responded so I started ordering then the girl starts saying something about a code not working. I asked if she was talking to me and she repeated that she can’t get the code to work so I assumed she was talking to someone else. After a few mins of silence I said Hello! This location now changes for sauce? Like even one they charge you for it. I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade and never. It’s 35 cents but come on?
