I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. I visited this McDonald’s location recently and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. After waiting a long time just to place my order, I then had to wait even longer for my food — which I understand can happen. But what made it worse was how the staff interacted with different customers. This location lost my order between the ordering window and the pick up window. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation, so I left. My card was nevertheless charged, and I emailed corporate about it. They gave me instructions on how to receive a refund, and when I went into the location to receive the refund, they said I waited too long, despite corporate only sending me the email a few days ago.
