Terrible service messed up my order and seen 3 people come inside from drive thru with wrong coffees
I went through the drive-thru and after placing my order, the lady at the window handed me my drinks. After that, it felt like they completely forgot about me. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes without anyone checking on me. I could see the staff through the window, but they just looked confused and kept walking around without paying attention to customers. The most disappointing part was the manager.
