Went here to grab a 10 piece nugget meal and a McFlurry (The new Biscoff one) and tried to use one of my codes on the app to order the McFlurry, The lady then informed us that we can’t use the code for the newer McFlurry, which we said was fine and when she asked what flavour we wanted, we said Biscoff, and that we would pay for the full McFlurry instead of the code… But she cut us off and yelled at us saying “I already told you that no you can’t get that one with the code” we were very polite and tried to correct her saying... read more
Went to this location on our way home from our road trip. The poorest fast food service I experience in my life my son and I waited to place our order for a long time and when we had our chance already, the lady (named komal/kumal), who I later on learned as the store manager, was in a rush to get our orders and it was showing on her impatient face and tone of voice when she asked "is that all?" on a road trip and stopped here for food and was on a time crunch, waited 20 minutes for my food and didn’t get something i ordered and gave me a cheeseburger when i ordered a mcdouble and messed up both coffeees i ordered. in the time i was there, there was 2 people from the drive thru coming in for messed up orders and 2 skip drivers waiting longer than me for their food.
