Waited 22 minutes after ordering to get to the pay window. I paid and drove up to the pickup window. The attendant requested I pull forward and wait for my special order. I told the attendant they should be embrassed after the 25 minute wait. I pulled forward and waited another 6 minutes for my order. The burgers had onions and were cold. I won't be going back.
Saying sorry all the company wants its not helping the fact that no one can work hard without causing problems at this location if I want to be treated like a pig I'd act like one but no im not on a farm so yeah I expect my food made with cheese on the patty and the sauce not pour out on my work clothes if I poured concrete like yall cook I'd be homeless
Soooooo slow takes forever to get your food. It’s not just once in awhile it’s every time I go there. They are also always late with door dash orders I’m a dasher and always wait 10 minutes after the pick up time before going inside because it’s never ready on time. Waiting 20-30 minutes for “fast food” is ridiculous.
We just got a breakfast order from there. Not only was the food cold, the order was COMPLETELY inaccurate. My coffee was supposed to be HOT! THEY GAVE ME SOME CRAP FOR COFFEE! I'm never letting ANYONE spend money here. Y'all SUCK! I'd give NEGATIVE stars if I could. UPDATE: NOW, I am supposed to go out of my way to further tell someone else about their crappy service!? 🤣😭🤣 Someone please get their store. 🤦🏾 When I called, the person who I was complaining to was so nonchalant. Always good food. Cashier was super nice and food was done fast and it was fresh.
