Even with the advanced order through the app, they still got the order wrong.
Ordered some Buffalo Wraps with no lettuce due to an allergy. The person who took the order did so correctly. The receipt and tags are correct. And honestly I'm used to mistakes, so they don't bother me. What does bother me is putting lettuce on the wraps with sauce and then realizing you made a mistake.... and instead of starting over - you half-ass pick the lettice off, leaving multiple pieces in the sauce and the wrapper.
