Service is very slow at this location, on several occasions drive thru staff spend a lot of socializing and there is just an arm hanging out the window. Also highly dislike the new plastic coated paper sundae containers
Went to get a Big Mac at 7:00, didn't order a drink or fries, got my Big Mac at 7:35, just incredible speed from this McDonald's, what a joke instantly marked my order as complete than proceed to make me wait 35 minutes for JUST 1 big Mac nice
Ordered through the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon. A quarter cheese and a bigmac meal. I pay, and get to the food window. I get my drink and am told to pull ahead, for the 5th time in a row. I don’t go here often. Maybe once a week if I stop for a morning coffee. I assumed they were cooking a fresh patty for the quarter pounder. After receiving our food, we got 2 cold burgers and some stale fries. It’s not like it’s even cheap to eat here anymore or I wouldn’t really care.
