We ordered doordash from here tonight and a dasher stole and then dropped our order. The second dasher who tried to pick up our food explained this to the employees, and they refused to remake the food and were claiming that it probably got dropped off, even though they can see on his app that clearly the food was not delivered. Doordash would not refund me. My doordasher paid out of his own pocket to get our food remade, and then they didn't give him a receipt, so he wasn't able to be reimbursed by Doordash. My wife and I stopped by on our way home from fireworks in Schoolcraft and I have to say this was honestly one of the best McDonald’s meals I’ve ever had The lady was so sweet and kind to us from start to finish great service, which is not to be expected when you come to McDonald’s at 10:30 at night, especially after a busy holiday weekend. She even had fresh fries made for us! They were literally the best fries I’ve had in 10 years. Truly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s ever!
