Things I completely understand: The kitchen RARELY messing up an order. It happens. Totally get it. What I don't understand because it is completely unacceptable in a service industry: Telling a drive-thru customer that they need to find parking (not even available closely to the front door) and bring the order that they messed up inside the building so they can fix it. The place is swamped today. Hardly any parking, long wait. And people are still coming. They really should open another location. Why not the old Burger King location?
Not only is my frappe always a dripping mess but they couldn't even give me one napkin this time? If you don't want customers leaving a mess you probably shouldn't be serving them one..
