Staff were friendly, but food order was completely wrong because two people didn’t read the chit correctly
Food was as usual. I like McDonald's food. Several tables were dirty. We were the top of the list of numbers and waited about 9 minutes. That was ok but not great. The young men that were working were spending a lot time socializing and. Not cleaning up filling supplies such as napkins that were empty. Not pleased because this is not much different then most of the times we are there.
The issues are not as much to do with the staff. Although they are mostly underpaid high school children. Issues arise from this staff combined with their clientele being mostly high school students from the various nearby high schools. This results in the place often being messy and extremely loud with disastrous bathrooms. However these issues become far less severe the further you get from school hours.
Ordered from here late night, not a car in sight. The 2 workers said “one moment please” when first orderring in the drive thru, they didn’t take our order until at least 15 minutes later. After taking the order, they continued to make us wait for 30+ minutes for a junior chicken and a mcchicken and didn’t give us a receipt on purpose so we couldn’t launch an official complaint. their names were shelby and anjalie
