The manager was above and beyond wonderful! Exceptional customer service!
The new front counter system/layout really puts employees in crappy situations. They all are working hard... But they cannot win. There are 20 people standing around the counter waiting for food. Waiting 40 minutes (he was irate), 35 minutes, 30 minutes, 25 minutes, 20, 20, 20, 15, 15... Everyone has been waiting. But waiting isn't the problem. All the orders isn't the problem.
