lobby and washrooms should be checked and cleaned. And they need to hire atleast one person english speaking person for better communication.
I asked them to open the washroom to wash my hands before eating and they refused and did not care.
I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a Big Mac combo that normally takes 5 minutes.
I’m so disappointed in this store, I have to remind myself not to visit anymore. I’ve witnessed the manager (DON) being overly harsh and cruel to customers, staff and passerby alike. I normally don’t write bad reviews but when I heard about the behaviour towards staff DOWN THE STREET at DIFFERENT BUISNESSES, I felt the need to write this. So so disappointed, I wish better jobs for all the staff
