This place is dysfunctional. The manager didnt assist the front, despite the front desk asking for assistance. She verbally prompted for assistance several times. I ordered on the kiosk, wait was 38 minutes. Two happy meals, snack wrap and a burger. I asked for a refund due to the wait and no food yet. The manager just kept saying it was coming. My 2 yr old doesn't understand a 40 minute wait. We picked mcdonalds for the fast convince. Horrible.
