This is the third time I had to return take out food that was less than standard. I don't want to return back to the store after returning home,food was cold and old , perhaps it set on the warmer most of the day. This is unexceptable for the quality McDonald is known for. I will not return.
I went to this location at 7:45am and as usual after ordering my food, which was 2 sausage biscuit with cheese. Not a tall order to fill but none the less. The cheese was hard and sausage was rubbery and burnt black... So I went to the McDonald's by my house and ordered the same thing. Thank God it was right because I had already wasted money. Very trashy business. Worst McDonalds in Shreveport. They never have items on the menu (bacon, water, etc) Rude workers that talk about you while stand in the kitchen cooking. Please do something about this location.
