Worse service ever sat in line no one ever said anything on intercom. Came to window Manager mad has a nasty attitude because she has to be at work . Worse service ever sat. They really need to replace her . Anytime the public the people who pay your salary has to deal with nasty people with despicable attitudes is unacceptable. This place is dysfunctional. The manager didnt assist the front, despite the front desk asking for assistance. She verbally prompted for assistance several times. I ordered on the kiosk, wait was 38 minutes. Two happy meals, snack wrap and a burger. I asked for a refund due to the wait and no food yet. The manager just kept saying it was coming. My 2 yr old doesn't understand a 40 minute wait. We picked mcdonalds for the fast convince. Horrible.
