Absolute HORRIBLE service and attitude from their own MANAGER Allison. Charging my card without notifying me or asking for my authorization and swiping for more food items a second time that we already ordered the first time that they misplaced. We had to go back around the drive thru for her to walk away from me in the middle of a civil conversion. Placed a mobile order 10+ min before arriving to this location. No other customers were at the store at the time but regardless when we pulled up to drive thru we were told to wait and sat there for around 3 minutes before someone finally spoke to us. We pull up to the window to receive our food and had to wait about 5 minutes before our food was even brought out. Find it odd that they have sign up that says they can’t serve food because of a water supply issue from 8pm to 6am, but they had 3 employees inside the building at 2:30 am on 10/16/25.
