If I could give a negative star I would. I've lived down the road for 3 years, I have never once not had to park and I have never had fresh and hot food! They short your fries Everytime but you aren't mad because they are so cold and gross you wouldn't have eaten more anyway. Drive through parks you immediately and you wait 15 minutes for your food to come out and it's usually wrong. UPDATE- nothing has changed. Still cold and disgusting.
