Currently was waiting for a simple burger to which I never got and the lady gave me the rudest attitude which funny enough someone else wrote about the same lady with the attitude even have a picture of her.
This location need to replace the entire staff and hire people who know how to treat customers with basic courtesy. I’ve never been treated so badly at a place where I’m not asking for anything for free. No matter how friendly I try to be, I get the same response: dirty looks, eye rolling, sighing, and being stared down. It feels like it comes from everyone. I work at this Walmart, so I used to visit this McDonald’s often. But not anymore. The atmosphere is far too hostile.
You're better off going to the mcdonalds 5 minutes down the road where they actually value clientele lol. Soon as I walk up all 3 women working in the kitchen stare at me with a dead expression waiting for the one girl near the counter to turn around and notice me. I ordered large fries, and the girl just rings up my total, takes money, hands me the receipt and leaves. I orders 10 minutes before getting there on the app…. It took 25 minutes for a 6 piece nugget and small fry..if I’d known this was in Walmart prior to ordering I wouldn’t have ordered.
