Quality of food and service has decreased drastically in recent years.
Went through drive through ordered double quarter pounder. Got double cheeseburger. Check your order double or even triple check before leaving.
I had to park and wait for fries. That's right, they didn't have fries ready. Don't have a drive thru if you are going to make people park and wait for the most basic items.
