Unfortunately I just ordered threw Doordarsh delivery and I bought the hero burger combo and it was for me and my family. But it was so disappointing how I had to find someone else's hair in the burger and I had the threw everything out. They need to check out their staff how they work and I also have seen in person they need to wear proper hairnets and finding out now that today that I found someone else's nasty hair in the food. The manager, Saira, has a very unprofessional attitude toward customers. The way she communicates makes the experience uncomfortable. I used to go only for icecream but stopped going there plus their icecream machine is always broken.

The newly renovated rest.is change for the past layout, a bit relaxed, very good planning. But it becomes eerily quiet after hours and it's a bit bizarre. Service and accuracy of the order is always mediocre following the mcdonalds reputation. This is what I don't get. Rather than improve the esthetic, why don't they try and improve the service and let the customers feel they're welcome not like some intruder in your living room who sat there unannounced..
