I order & using my points to buy a sandwich around 9.15pm & i ask cashier to make fresh & add onions & pickles but they never added anything and also they gave cold sandwich after I’m going to talk to the pelepeno shift manager she’s very rude to me and she said she can’t adding anything because your used to buy your points that’s also free sandwich after I asked her can you give at least cup of water but she said she can’t because she’s busy I’m felling very sad & I left
Long and congested wait times. Unprofessional staff, Confusing way to place an order given two speaker systems when one only works. Inaccurate order EVERT TIME! Fries are always stale, and all the items have a weird after taste. Unhygienic! Staff members including manager are very rude. Don't even look at you while handing you your order. Ice coffee always has an inconsistent amount of sugar.
