I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the manager on duty. She was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, she refused to serve us without any valid reason and insisted that we leave, all because of her poor attitude. Her response was excessive, going so far as to call the police on us, which was completely unjustified. A manager should be trained to de-escalate situations, not escalate them.
