Look I've been to all types of McDonald's all over the country but this has got to be the only one I have ever been to that misses the entire concept of the word "fast" in fast food. They are obviously understaffed and undertrained at this location, this is made obvious by the fact that they constantly have lines wrapped around the restaurant and even tonight I found myself sitting around waiting ten minutes behind one car just to place a drive thru order. Unacceptable and simply the worst franchisee in the Mentor area

Seriously what happened to this place? Super slow, orders are rarely correct. Order a sugar free iced coffee and their entire work flow is discombobulated. No personalities. Order at kiosk and cant even ask a question because no one acknowledges the front counter customers AT ALL. This used to be the best one around now its the absolute worst. I did fast food for 25 yrs. Its really not that hard when you just genuinely care about what you're doing.
It's a McDonald's me and the food was McDonald's food the service was good they were nice in there was clean. I guess what more are you going to ask for from McDonald's, just give me my food fast be nice and make sure it's clean.
What a trash location. 30 minute wait, never got my order. Thr manager was too busy swaying her fake ponytail around to get things straight. First time ive ever demanded a refund at a fast food joint.
