I specifically drove several miles to your McDonald’s because you always had tasty drinks and filtered water. But recently it seems that, just like many other McDonald’s locations, you may be serving water that tastes like it has chlorine in it, with an unpleasant smell and terrible taste. My family will not be coming to your place anymore.
I had a terrible experience with a supervisor there her name is Jasmine, 2-3 times she’s had a bad attitude due to them getting my order wrong or missing something. She took my bag back in the kitchen to put in my missing fries instead of giving me a new bag. Terrible customer service very rude
Drive-thru worker: 10/10 personality, deserves a raise immediately.
Food was fresh, staff was friendly. Slower service at times but understandable with the amount of customers they have.
