This used to be the best mcdonalds in the roanoke area ,now the foods ALWAYS cold it's usually wrong , and the people have an attitude from the time they answer the drive thru 90% of the time.
Ok going to completely change this review! Went here on 10/4/25 and was very unhappy. The cashier got part of the order right but I requested no salt fries and that didn't happen. The food was cold. They had no tea. Im surprised they had Dr. Pepper. Oh also I tried ordering thru the app the other day and as soon as I had paid the order was canceled: so, I had to go inside to find out why. They didn't have tea that night either and my does was wrong.
