I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald’s drive-thru with the same server, Manpreet. On my recent visit, my order was missing a fork and a straw. When I honked politely at the window to ask for them, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I’ve also noticed on several visits that she wears AirPods while working, which makes it difficult for her to properly listen and communicate through the speaker.
