The place is disgusting absolutely no help to get an order placed they just look at you and walk away. I ended up walking out because I couldn't get any help, them trying to force us using the kiosk machine couldn't figure it out so now I won't be dining in any place that has a kiosk machine.
I miss when we ordered with people. Customer service was much better before the screens.
Much aa I love having a close-range standard franchise, these folks mess up pretty much everything... mcmuffin? burned up... quarter-pounder? customizations off... I'm no longer even willing to risk getting fries or drinks

Bueno, para empezar los empleados de la noche se esconde para no atender a nadie. Se supone que la tienda cierran a 11pm pero cierran a 950pm. Por ni ponen nada de q están cerrados. Pero se ven los empleados a dentro. Si quieren un buen servicio vayan al nuevo de Belton. En 1000% mejor.
