Worst McDonald's ever. How is it that you all shut your lights off 30 minutes before closing, for some reason every time I go the drive through can't take orders, and Ive had multiple instances were ive had to wait in line for close to an hour just to get my food. Something is going on here and and it's creating the worst customer service I've ever experienced. never accepting orders in person
I am genuinely not coming back here until they hire new staff. Every single time, and I mean every single time I come here it’s on average a 30-40 minute wait in the drive thru. I tried going in, it’s the same experience. They do not even greet you. I don’t know why I continue going back, but it’s close to my house, and my son enjoys the food. We went to the grand opening of the one next to Panda in Belton, and the store owner sat down with us, made conversation, and made us feel like he actually wanted our business. I will ... read more
