This specific McDonald constantly disappoints. Waiting 30 minutes minimum in the drive thru, cold food, or lobby unopened during business hours. Constant system outages

I placed a mobile order at 11:49 AM pulled up to the McDonald’s checked in got the order notification that my food was on its way out to the curbside spot proceeded to wait 15 more minutes. Had to go through the drive-through to let them know that I was missing an order waited another 15 minutes in line to get said order pull up to the window shockingly they don’t have my order at all and the manager couldn’t give me a refund because “she didn’t know”. I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered through the app to pick up in store. App said “order is ready”. Showed up in the store. Ignored by 3 people working there. No orders were in the pickup area. We went through the drive through and waited about 30 min to be told “We don’t have your order. You can order again through the app”. Right before the worker just closed the window. Pretty trashy experience. Went to Chick fil A down the street instead!
