1 ice black, 4 ice dbdb, can’t even take simple order, messed it up and blamed on me. No apologies then started speaking in their own language instead of replying. Took 15min to get 5 coffee☺️ Saw this lady waiting to get ketchup they for got for 5min while waiting as well since there were no one at the front, all busy hanging out in the back. They should really hire someone who can understand English, no wonder drive thru was all backed up
Saddest ice cream cone ever
horrible, there’s no one at the register, no one to ask for salt and pepper, and service was horrible. My mc chicken came overturned and with no sauce and their Coke Zero tastes very weird. Their attitude is also very mean.
They used to have better service, it went downhill recently. It shouldn’t take me 20min wait time to pick up curb side.. Back for a 2nd time and they again ate 15min out of my 30min lunch
