Most reliable McDonalds franchise in town. Staffing is courteous and seems to put themselves in the place of the customers. In my most recent visit the young man insisted on making me a fresh pot of coffee. Wow! I was happy to wait.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in springfield no customer service skills period hire more diverse people and get different results not managers outside for 10 minutes talking about nothing
Went in about 8:45pm for a couple of hot honey chicken wraps and a drink. I waited at the counter, and waited, and waited, and no one came to take my order. After a 10-minute wait, I left. If I could give 0 stars I would, and I won't return. One car was waiting for someone to deliver their food. They were still waiting when I left, so I assume drive-through was as bad as indoor service.
