Might as well just throw your money in the trash. The last 2 visits to this location we have waited forever for an online order only to receive the bag with fries spilled out completely in the bottom of it, absolutely none of the sauces that were ordered. We ordered 2 of the 2 pack apple pies and were only given two pies total. You cannot call and talk to anyone about making it right because they do not answer the phone at all. We spent 35 dollars on absolute trash food. Never again.
Most of the time this McDonalds is pretty good. Today was a little annoying due to already being bothered by another establishment. Complaints today. When ordering the app would not accept and deals. Just an oddity. Upon receiving my food my frys were omitted even though I only ordered 5 items. As soon as I open my PLAIN cheese burger I smell onions. This makes the 4th time my wife and I have been here at the Union City McDonalds lately. Every time we have recieved half full fries and horrible service, and tonight takes the cake. I ordered a ranch snack wrap and I was given the spicy one with a BURNT chicken tender in it.... I did not even see this till I got home. Thwy also charged us for their Limited Edition godlen sauce and never even gave it to us in the bag. Unacceptable. We will not be going back there again from this point forward.
