This is the most unorganized McDonalds I've ever been in. Orders are routinely fill wrong! Then you have to argue with them to get what you ordered. Tell me that's not what you ordered, when I have the receipt in hand!!! The staff is argumentative.
I frequently stop at McDonald's when I'm traveling. I like the brand and rely on it for a quick, consistent meal on the road. I understand that poor service is usually an isolated issue, but this McDonald's in Union City, TN was easily the worst I've ever visited. While traveling with my family, we placed a mobile app order ahead of time to keep things moving. We were only the third car in line, yet we ended up trapped in the drive-thru for 25 minutes.
