Unnecessarily slow service, wipe your number from the pickup board before your food is ready so they can keep up their KPI. Owners definitely care more about their metrics to HO than food quality and customer experience. Somehow service has gotten slower since their renovations; which are fairly ugly. Doesnt make sense either since everything is in steam trays even if theyre supposed to be toasted. Never seen this locations morning shift not running a skeleton crew; to the detriment of food quality and service time.
Food was ok...but not even warm burrito was rushed when there was not that busy at Sunday morning by 8:00 am
