The service is terrible here. I prefer the Still Creek McDonalds over Boundary. I made an order through drive thru, the employee who took my payment and gave me my food was not friendly at all. The service was slow. Coffee is always inconsistent at this location. When I left the drive thru, i noticed some items were missing.
Watch out, everyone! I was surprised to see food being prepared without employees wearing gloves. Apparently, this is a new policy across all McDonald’s locations. Definitely concerning from a customer’s perspective!
Good
Everyone working here is completely incompetent. If you go through the drive through they will forget your items, sauces, napkins, straws. They also take forever.
I ordered a Sausage ‘N Egg McMuffin, but I only got sausage. The egg was missing even though I paid for it. Also, the price was higher than what was listed on the McDonald’s app. Pretty disappointing.
