I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. The manager on duty, Caren, was shockingly rude and dismissive. As a customer, I felt completely disrespected, and the unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. A manager should set an example for good service, not make customers feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend that McDonald’s head office review Caren’s conduct.
Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. My order took far too long to be prepared, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and tasted awful. I told the manager on duty about the problem, but they refused to acknowledge it or offer any solution. This level of service is unacceptable — slow, poor quality, and no responsibility taken. I will never come back to this location and I strongly recommend all my friends to avoid it.
