Just wanted to say that the guy taking the drive through order spoke very clearly, talked at a normal pace and annunciated very well. He was also very polite. Could here him clearly through the intercom and he properly acknowledged me at the window(many workers just hand you the machine without a word) Same with the girl at the last window, both were excellent and not the norm in fast food these days. At 1pm on a Saturday so hopefully these workers get some kudos. Also, no, they were not white.

They just don’t care, they give zero effort. They just want your money and want you out of there, period. As soon as you place an order at the kiosk or cash register, they immediately clear their monitor to game the corporate speed metrics. Because of that, nobody knows their order numbers..especially since these kiosks are always out of receipt paper.
