I'm back again August 11, 2025. I asked for a fresh medium coffee. First, he gives me a small coffee to begin with and the cup was ice cold. What does that tell you. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF. I ASKED TWICE FOR FRESH COFFEE. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!! Listen. I don't care what time of day I order coffee. When I ask for it fresh, I expect it fresh.
