This McDonalds stole my money. On August 15th I placed an order on the McDonalds app, the payment came out of my bank, and when I went to pick up my order they told me that the payment did not go through and that I would have to pay again. They did not care that I had a receipt emailed to me, or that I could show them the charge on my banking app. I said I would not pay a second time so I did not get my order. I just went through the drive through at midnight after work, I sat in the drive thru for what felt like a very long time but when I got up to the window I overheard the employee at the window says “I’ve seen worse it’s okay you can go” to a follow employee. I asked if he was okay and he said yes, a person ahead of me was being rude and aggressive which held up the line but he handled it with grace and maturity.
