This is my local McDonald's.I go to it often. Usually really good service and the food is always the same.I cannot speak to the experience as I never go inside

This McDonalds stole my money. On August 15th I placed an order on the McDonalds app, the payment came out of my bank, and when I went to pick up my order they told me that the payment did not go through and that I would have to pay again. They did not care that I had a receipt emailed to me, or that I could show them the charge on my banking app. I said I would not pay a second time so I did not get my order.
