My autistic son called the McDonalds and the worker told him to kill himself and it was very rude and offensive. My son kept telling him he wanted food but he told him to jump off a bridge to kill him self. NOT OKAY WILL NEVER BE VISITING AGAIN.
I can not believe that they would actually serve this order to a customer! Cold Double Cheeseburgers, old, burnt, hard McNuggets.
Just had my final straw with McD's. Placed a drive through order, SB--, as I pull up, app changes my order to counter pickup 16--, lady in the drive through refused to just hand me my food that was ready. Had to drive around the store, get my kids out of their car seats, go in to get all the food and drinks that were TWO FEET from the drive through window. That's a whole new kind of lazy over the app messing up. Asking for custom items is basically throwing money away because employees can't read first grade words. Bad servi... read more
