Terrible customer service the lady who worked the drive-through at 2 am on Wednesday night was extremely rude
Pésimo servicio, espere casi 25 minutos mi orden, el lugar todo sucio, gente fumando dentro, en los baños de mujeres están con hombres, entregan mal el cambio, no dan la orden completa, no avisan lo que no tienen antes de pagar, cero control aquí! Deberían cerrar este lugar y cambiar todo el personal!
Pésimo servicio al cliente, cuando haces la orden y pagas cash duran una eternidad para atender, trabajan muy descoordinados y el ambiente en el área de clientes es pésima, demasiado alboroto y desastre..
