My online order for curbside pickup on 10/3/25 was horrible. It took over 30 minutes after pulling into the parking space to get my order and I had to go in to be acknowledged that I had arrived. Even with already checking in on the app. They were not busy inside or the drive thru. The floors were a mess with water all in front of the fountain machines. Not an apologize or an acknowledge about my order taking the amount of time it did. There's no excuse for this type of horrible service.

This place doesn't even deserve a One star rating Because I was trying to pick up a doordash order that was where paying two dollars And you were not allowed to walk through the door entrance they had every interest locked If they can't staff a building then it don't need to be open Or they don't need to doordash I mean it's ridiculous I sit in line 30 minutes for a A two dollar order

This particular morning the line at McDonald's was extremely long and it seemed as if no one was going to answer the speaker. So as I get to the window to complete my order the cashier tells me they are shorthanded and asked for my forgiveness and said that she was sorry. I responded I understand.
